A New York Car Accident Attroney reports, Steven Badke, 18, of Smithtown crashed his automobile and faced charges. Allegedly, at nearly ten a.m. that day, Badke was driving along Jericho Turnpike when his car swerved across the road east of Old Willets Path. His vehicle crashed into a 2004 Honda Odyssey. The Honda was driven by Juno Aruanno, 48, also from Smithtown. Aruanno’s son, John, 13, was also present in the car at the time of the accident. A car accident occurred earlier in the year of 2008. Hinrichs announced that even though Badke was assumed to be speeding, his acts did not add up to criminal negligence. He also said that in order for a person to be guilty of criminally negligible homicide, a person ought to generate hazards.

A car crash happened on December first, 2008. The crash took place in Ronkonkoma, Suffolk County NY and both driver and passenger sustained personal injury

A vehicle collision occurred on the morning of October sixteenth, 2008. It was a 2-vehicle car accident.

A SUV accident came about on November, twenty-sixth, 2008. A vehicle hit and injured three people.

There was a car accident Thursday, November Thirteenth. Involved in this accident were six people. It occurred just east of Merrick Avenue in Merrick, New York.

It was alleged that Vasilki Alexopoulos was driving a car, which spun out of control and jumped a center divider. What followed was shocking. After jumping the divider the car plowed into the eastbound lane and oncoming traffic. Ultimately, it crashed into a car that was holding six family members.

Ms. Alexopoulos was in the car with her husband and was sent to the Nassau County Medical Center with a serious injury. The injury or injuries have left her in critical condition. Apparently this violent car accident killed one of the family members from the car in the eastbound lane. All that is know at the current time is that she was a Long Island woman, along with her seven year old niece and her seventy year old grandmother. Sonia DeFillip and her other Esther Ross, and Jillian Cooper were also killed.

A car accident took place on Thursday, November twentieth. The accident was a multi-car accident in Denton.

Around seven a.m. that morning, a man was driving with a rear-seated passenger present along Route 404 close to Denton. The driver was named Manual Rodriquez, thirty-six years old from Goldsboro and his passenger was Angel Zunun-Gomez, thirty years old. An investigation concluded that the car was waiting to turn left onto Thawley Road and was hit by another car towards the back of the automobile. The driver of the other vehicle was a Denton man. Rodriguez’s car was propelled revolving towards the conflicting lane and then crashed into a third vehicle that was being driven by a man from Annapolis.

Unfortunately, Zunun-Gomez was found dead at the sight of the accident. The other four subjects were taken to Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore where they received help for their injuries. They did not receive charges for the accident.
