A highly trained guard dog named Floyd Von Meierhof has allegedly attacked 40 year old Manhattan resident Lisa Cimino. The dog once belonged to Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony, and was accused of attacking a personal assistant, flight attendant and a housekeeper. The pair got rid of the dog three years ago because of a civil lawsuit filed against them by one of their staff members who claimed to be attacked. After being trained in a K9 facility, Floyd made his way into the home of star NiCole Robinson and her husband Craig Snyder, who is a political consultant. Robinson is best known as the secretary “Margaret Hooper” from the television sitcom “West Wing”. Cimino has filed a lawsuit against them in Manhattan Supreme Court. Cimino alleges to have been bitten on both arms, forcing her to get a tetanus shot. She is now on antibiotics. The lawsuit also claims she has been traumatized from the attack. Reports do not indicate the amount of damages she is looking to receive.

A Ronkonkoma man died in a snowmobile accident and another is in critical condition. The accident took place near Brantingham shortly after midnight when the two men were on snowmobiles and hit several trees on the side of the road. Two students at SUNY Farmingdale campus; located at 2350 Broadhollow Rd, Farmingdale, NY 11735; suffered injury after a garbage truck accidentally ran them over. Suffolk County Police state that a Jamaica Ash garbage truck had been backing up when he struck the students. Reports indicate the driver did not see them but stopped when he heard screaming. It was then he realized the accident occurred. One student suffered an immediate, fatal injury. The other was taken to Nassau University Medical Center; located at 2201 Hempstead Turnpike, East Meadow, NY 11554. The student was treated for a fractured pelvis. The driver of the garbage truck was also taken to the hospital and treated for emotional distress. Suffolk County Police will not be pressing charges against the driver. There was no trace of drug possession at the scene.

New York City Police arrested Roger Smiley after he rear ended a car then sped away and struck a pedestrian on West Houston and Sixth Avenue. Police report Smiley had gotten into an accident with a truck driven by Brooklyn man and but did not stop. He then was speeding around the corner and struck down Hope Miller, of Elmhurst Queens. Police have not released the condition of the person in the first accident, but did state Miller suffered a fatal injury. Charges were pending against Smiley. A fire truck from Engine 275 was on its way to a call when it was involved in an accident with another car. The car it collided with was being driven by 25 year old Angela Johnson, Howard Beach NY. Johnson is the daughter of Linda Johnson, the pastor of Great Commission Church, 108-42 Sutphin Blvd. Jamaica NY 11435. Reports indicate Johnson stopped at a stop sign then continued into the intersection. The fire truck had its sirens and lights on when it was coming down the street and tried to stop. Unfortunately, it crashed into the car. Firefighters pulled Johnson out of the car. She was rushed to Mary Immaculate Hospital; located at 15211 89th Ave # 1 Jamaica, NY 11432. Sadly, she suffered a fatal injury during the crash. Six Firefighters also sustained injury during the accident. They were all taken to Long Island Jewish Center; located at 27005 76th Avenue New Hyde Park, NY 11040. Two of the firefighters suffered serious injury. A van holding ten people was driving on Route 347 in Suffolk County when it caused a serious accident. Route 347, which runs east to west, connects Hauppauge to Mount Sinai in Suffolk County, Long Island. The van was traveling west when it struck a bus that was turning into a parking lot in Nesconset, NY. The bus was empty except for the driver, who was unhurt at the time of the accident. All ten occupants of the van suffered various types of injury, including head injuries. A boom truck was driving on the Whitestone Bridge when it somehow managed to hit a sign. A boom truck is a truck with an attached crane. It is possible the crane was still upright when the truck struck the sign, but Queens County Police are still investigating the accident. The truck struck a sign on the Queens side of the Whitestone Bridge, causing traffic to back up for miles on to the Whitestone Expressway. Nassau County Police had been driving north on Broadway when it was involved in a car accident. Reports state the police car had in lights flashing while the accident occurred, but do not state where the car was headed. The police car crashed into a Dodge Charger that had two people inside. Bayshore’s Saxon Avenue was the scene of a two- car accident where two roads had to be closed and a serious injury resulted. One person was taken by ambulance to Southside Hospital located on East Main Street in Bayshore, NY. The injury was reported to be very serious. A three car crash ended the life of a Bronx County Resident. She was thrown through the driver’s side window of her 1998 Ford Expedition. Manhattan resident Tom Brokaw who is also a former NBC news anchor for NBC was also involved in this fatal accident, but he was not injured. The postal worker was taken to Westchester Medical Center. No one is facing criminal charges but the postal worker was taken to the hospital with bumps and bruises on his shoulder.

Contrary to what the AMA would have your believe the reason for high medical Malpractice insurance in New York is not because of lawyer suits. 3-year old Kyrah Martin was found at 1:15am in Brooklyn. She was lying in the snow after her tragic fall. Apparently she fell off of her 4 story building. It is believed that the incident was an accident but the department of homeless services is investigating the girl’s death. An MTA bus recently lost control while driving near Troy Avenue and Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn, NY. The bus was coming into the crowded intersection in Bed-Stuy when it crashed into other cars waiting for the light. The bus crashed through nearly half a dozen cars then continued onto the sidewalk. It finally stopped when it struck a LIRR generator. Some of the cars that were involved in the crash caught fire, and 20 people suffered injury. More than twelve of those injured went to the hospital to have their injury evaluated. Kings County Police do not reveal what type of injury those involved in the accident sustained, but do indicate that none of them were serious. The driver who caused the crash is being investigated. So far there is no evidence to support adrug possession charge.

Raina Kumra, a 32 year old New York City resident was at White Slab Palace in the Lower East Side of Manhattan this past October when she was injured. The restaurant which is located at 77 Delancy Street, New York NY 10002, is known for is Scandinavian décor and atmosphere. Kumra was in the restaurant late one evening when a 150 pound stuffed moose head fell off of the wall onto her. Kumra suffered a concussion. A Deer Park woman attacked her live in boyfriend with a hammer. Apparently the boyfriend left the home and complained of an injury in his head to a neighbor. After the attack firefighters arrived at the home due to a fire in the home. The man was rushed to Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center, and the woman was found dead in her study. Shane Reese, a 12 year old Bronx boy, was sitting out of gym class in Intermediate School 219; located at 3630 3rd Ave. Bronx, NY 10456, last December. He was not playing because he had recently been in a car accident and suffered injury that required dental work. It was raining that day and teachers had brought 6 classes into the gym to play inside. They then handed out soccer balls, instead of soft foam balls, and told the children to play dodgeball. There were more than 100 children into the gymnasium at the time. School officials did not comment on how many teachers were in the gym supervising. During the chaos, one of the dodgeballs flew across the gym and hit Shane in the face, breaking his teeth and ruining his newly repaired dental work. Dodgeball has been discouraged since 1996 but has never been officially banned. Reese’s family has filed a lawsuit against the Bronx middle school. Reports say the school has offered Reese $20,000.00 to settle the case without having to go to court, but the report also says the family will let the judge decide on a fair amount.

Stork Craft Manufacturing of Canada has issued a recall on over 2 million cribs this week. The cribs were made in China, Canada and Indonesia and sold in US stores like Target, Costco and Wal-Mart. The prices ranged from $100-$400 and have been sold since 1993. The cribs that have been recalled have drop-sides, which is where one of the sides slides down to make it easier to access the child. 15 year old Alina Cerda is suing the city of Queens alleging that she busted her ankle due to her coach’s negligence. Coach Brown of Francis Lewis High School never taught Cerda how to slide. The suit was filed in Queens Supreme Court located on 8811 Sutphin Boulevard Jamaica, NY. She had six screws put in and a metal plate to fuse her ankle, which she broke as she slid on a muddy base during practice. The coach, Brown failed to instruct the girls how to slide properly. He let older players teach the new ones how to slide. Cerda is saddened by the fact that she can’t play. She is currently undergoing physical therapy but Cerda who has been playing since she was 7 was bummed about not being able to make the playoffs. Kite fighting has become a popular “sport” in Queens County lately. It originated in South Asia and has made its way into American culture from movies and books. The fighters use kites that an abrasive wire line to try to cut the other fighters kite. These fights have been happening regularly in Flushing Meadows Corona Park; which is located in Flushing Meadows, NY. A stray kite had made its way to Flushing, NY where 12 year old Jared Koeloff was skateboarding down his street. The wire slashed his throat. The injury was so bad the boy had to get rushed to the hospital where he received almost 500 stitches to close the wound. He also lost 2 lymph nodes due to the incident. Queens County Police found the kite on the roof of the building. The report it had also 300 yards of glass encrusted wire attached. The wire is so sharp; it has to be reeled on a power drill instead of a normal kite reel. Koeloff’s family has filed a lawsuit against the city claiming the city knew these potentially dangerous fights have been going on and have not stopped them. The also claim the city failed to remove the hanging wire at the construction site that caused such injury to the young boy. 34 year old Minerva Peña, a health-care aide developed pain that was located in her lower back in spring of 2003. Peña claims that the pain flourished after a procedure that resulted in the removal of fibroids. Months later Peña had a sudden pain in her legs and lost temporary control of her bladder and bowels. She returned to her OB/GYN, Newsam where she complained that she had pain and urinary inconsistency. Newsam claimed that this could have been a neurogenic disorder of the bladder, where she prescribed some medication and made a follow-up appointment. After this Peña continued to have problems with her bladder, she was no longer able to urinate and retained large amounts of her urine. When she returned to her OB/GYN, Newsam performed a catheterization, which is the process of inserting a flexible, narrow tube into the urethra for the purpose of draining out any liquids that may be present. Newsam was able to drain 3,000 cubic centimeters of urine out of Peña’s body. Newsam sent Peña to St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx, where she was hospitalized for “suspected” Upon the consultation of neurologist, Segan, it was determined that Peña did not have Cauda Equina Syndrome. An MRI was intended but the plaintiff suggested that her pain wouldn’t allow her to assume the position that the MRI required, therefore the MRI was postponed for a week later. The results of the MRI were that Peña did indeed have Cauda Equina Syndrome, the condition was then addressed through a surgical procedure, Peña will still experience permanent pain and dysfunction of her bladder and bowels. Therefore she filed a suit against Newsam, Segan, Colucci, St. Barnabas Hospital, and several of the clinics related to the hospital.

She claimed that the parties mentioned above failed to diagnose her condition in a timely manner. The plaintiff sought compensation for part and future pain and suffering. The plaintiff ultimately discontinued the claim against Colucci but proceeded against the remaining defendants. Prior to the start of the trial the parties negotiated and settled for 1.5 Million Dollars. Segan’s insurer contributed $1.15 Million, Newsam’s insurer contributed $250,000 and St. Barnabas Hospital’s insurer contributed $100,000. There were no criminal charges filed and usually in these cases that is not unusual.

30 year old Emanuel Badger on May 1st 2002 went to a Bronx hospital claiming that he had a fever along with joint pain and a severe headache as well as shaking chills. It was also arbitrated that Badger has a rapid heart rate and some paresthesia of his fingers and hands. During his examination in the emergency room there were no blood or urine test taken. 58 year old Linda Rizzo was a patient of Gideon Kay, DDS. In August of 2006 she learned that a fire occurred which destroyed the office as she was in the process of undergoing reconstructive dental care. She than received a letter stating that Kay was not planning on reopening the practice and that she needed to seek a new dentist. Rizzo was very unhappy with this news, stating that the dental work she underwent was not properly done and she had already paid for all the work in advance, which was not completed due to the fire. A Queens home is now being investigated after a tragic fire kills three. Several complaints were issued to the City building department between 1990 and 2009 stating that this home was crammed. The claims were unfounded and the inspectors claimed that there was no evidence of the conversion. The home was illegally subdivided into 4 single rooms along with two apartments. The residence was illegally subdivided. A die-rock band’s drummer died as he tried to evacuate an elevator in Brooklyn. As the young rocker attended a Williamsburg Fundraiser at 338 Berry Street in Brooklyn, New York called “The uniform project” aided to help children in India’s slums. Jerry Fuchs and another male were stuck in the elevator as it stopped a few feet above the 5th floor. They tried to leap 5 stories. Unfortunately Fuchs hooded sweater got caught on the elevator as he jumped. He was forced into a space under the elevator and was found in the elevator shaft. Fuchs was transported to Bellevue Hospital which is located on 1st Avenue and 27th Street in Manhattan, NY, where he was then pronounced dead. Fuchs was a drummer for punk bands !!! [Pronounced “chk, chk, chk”] and LCD Soundsystem.

Roger Clemens who was formally known as a Yankee pitcher always battled through the many difficult situations he faced on the field and is not ready to give up the suit against his former trainer, Brian McNamee. McNamee accused Clemens of using Steroids [also known as performance enhancing drugs]. The motion will be filed on the 5th Circuit of the United States Court of Appeals. On the controversial side McNamee has filed a suit against Clemens alleging that he defamed him in attempt to ruin his reputation and inflicted emotional distress on his person. As of right now nothing has moved forward, and they are waiting the ruling from the appeals court.

The popular stroller company Maclaren has been forced to issue a recall on approximately one million strollers. Twelve children have had the fingertips amputated after getting their fingers caught in joints on the side of the strollers. The recall is for nine of the models that have been sold since 1999. Maclaren has not reported how recently the children suffered injury caused by their strollers. They have issued a protective piece that can be put on the stroller to protect children from suffering further accidents. Charla Nash, the 56 year old woman who was viciously attacked by her friend’s pet chimpanzee has filed lawsuits against the chimp’s owner and the state of Connecticut. Nash was employed by the chimp’s owner Sandra Herold as a dispatcher for the towing company Herold owned. Herold had called Nash one day to have her come help and calm the chimp down. When Nash arrived, the chimp attacked her. Herold called the police and even tried to subdue him herself during the attack. Nash suffered numerous injury during the attack. The chimp clawed her face, resulting in the loss of her eyes and nose. Surgeons were able to rebuild her tongue, allowing her to speak. She also lost all of her fingers except her right thumb. The chimp tried to attack the police when they arrived on the scene and was shot. A man and two New York City fire fighters sustained injury after the fire truck crashed into the car the man was driving. The fire truck was responding to a call when it flipped over onto another car. The accident occurred on 44th Street and 11th Avenue in New York, NY 10036. A gas explosion left a Queens home with a warped wall and two people inside the home with injury. The explosion happened at 32-25 Leavitt Street, Flushing NY 11354. A man in the home was said to be “bleeding” his propane tank near the back entrance to the home when the fumes suddenly ignited. Robert Puppa, a 33 year old Brooklyn firefighter was responding to a call when the fire truck he was in was involved in an accident. The accident occurred on Ashford Street in East New York. A Myrtle Ave., Brooklyn NY, apartment building collapsed leaving four people injured. The building had been cited by the city for having a crack that ran from the third to the first floor. Though the crack was reported on May 1, 2009, the owner claims it has been there for at least ten years. The building had been undergoing repairs for more than a week and a half. Recently, a morning PATH train got into an accident while passengers were still aboard. PATH; which stands for Port Authority Trans Hudson; run from New Jersey to New York. The train that caused the accident was coming out of Hoboken, NJ and heading towards the World Trade Center Memorial. The train had approximately 450 passengers on it when it collided with a “bumper block” (a mechanism used to stop the train) at the 33rd Street Station in New York City. Fourteen people including the conductor sustained injury. They were taken to various hospitals in Manhattan, NY. A Bronx fire department responded to a call of a collapsed stair case in an apartment building on East 187th Street in Bronx NY. Maryland had been hit by a blizzard, then a severe rain storm a week later. The roof of the building was flat and already heavy from all of the snow. Christine Mancision was at a wedding with her boyfriend at the Hyatt Hotel in New Jersey when she suffered an injury because of another partier. A 40 foot power boat Hustler Classic that held 7 passengers crashed in to the marsh in Long Island near the Wantagh Parkway. The group had just been at Bracco’s Clam and Oyster Bar in Freeport, NY buying seafood to take home. Freeport has many water accessible bars and restaurants on Woodcleft Canal. It is unclear at this time if alcohol was the cause of the crash. Nassau County Police believe the boat’s driver was disoriented by the night’s full moon and got off course, and when he tried to correct the direction of the boat, he hit the marsh. Upon impact, the passengers were thrown off of the boat and onto the marsh. Every passenger on the boat suffered injury. Three people suffered a fatal injury. Two of the passengers sustained injury to the neck, one passenger fractured both legs and the other sustained an injury to the head. They were all airlifted to Nassau University Medical Center; located at 2201 Hempstead Turnpike, East Meadow NY 11554. The four surviving passengers were listed in stable condition.

A construction worker from a private construction company that had been hired to work on the Bowling Green Subway Station in New York City was hit in the head by a pipe. John Manley, a former Queens County resident, recently had surgery after two years of serious medical conditions. Manley had been battling pneumonia, coughs, colds and had trouble breathing. The Throgs Neck Bridge has recently been undergoing construction due to a fire that caused damage to it. Two men were part of a group of construction workers that were on site near 150th
St. and Rockaway Blvd. in Queens, NY. Without warning, Yolanda Silvera, a 27 Long Island NY resident; came flying through the Springfield Gardens construction site. The workers did not have a chance to move away from the car. Silvera hit Robert Keller, 32, and Michael Hudson, 33, while driving at 60 miles per hour. Both men suffered serious injury. Keller had to have surgery of his ankle. Hudson’s injury was so severe he had to have one of his legs amputated. Silvera admitted to Queens County Police that she had smoked crack before she was driving. She also admitted she caused the crash after running through a red light. She has numerous charges pending including second degree vehicular assault and DWI. Both men are listed in stable condition.

The annual summer carnival at St. Theresa’s Church in Pelham Bay, Bronx NY turned into panic when a ride tipped over while children were in it. The ride, called “Dragon Wagon”, is a children’s roller coaster. It was supposed to make a loop at the end of the ride but instead tipped over. Eleven children riding the roller coaster suffered injury and were taken to Jacobi Medical Center; 1400 Pelham Parkway South Bronx, New York 10461; for treatment and evaluation. Nassau County Police responded to a call that diners in the Colony Diner on Hempstead Turnpike, East Meadow, were light headed, nauseous and dizzy. When they arrived on the scene they rushed the diner patrons to Nassau University Medical Center. All six were diagnosed with carbon monoxide poisoning. They were kept over night, but police did not make public the condition they were in or if they had been released. Workers at Royal Waste Service, Inc., a sewage plant on Douglas Ave. in Jamaica NY, were trying to unclog an 18 foot deep cesspool. They did not know that the cesspool was leaking poisonous gas into the air. Royal Waste Service, Inc. had hired the workers from S. Dahan Sewer Specialists to unclog their drains. Queens County Police report that 23 year old Harel Dahan fell into the cesspool while he was trying to unclog it. His father, Shlomo Dahan, 49, climbed in after his son to save him. After a few minutes, a coworker Rene Francisco Rivas, 52, climb down the hole to see what had happened to the two. When the three did not emerge, fire fighters were called. Fire fighters had to wear protective suits to retrieve the bodies. Official reports say that the hole was full of poison hydrogen sulfide and the three were quickly overcome by the poisonous gas.

There was a two monorail train crash in Walt Disney World, Florida. The monorails were part of the Epcot line in Magic Kingdom. They smashed into each other when they were pulling into the ticket and transportation center. A construction worker was rushed to St. Vincent’s Hospital in New York after he fell off the 20 foot high rise he was working on. New York City Police have not issued a public report of the accident, but have said he was in stable condition. Back on August 1, 2005, NYPD officer Maureen Cerati, was horribly injured by a hit-and-run driver. Just before 3 a.m. Cerati was working on a crash scene on the Belt Parkway, where the DWI, Oscar Berrios, had flipped his car, killing one of his passengers. While working on this incident, ex-con Deirk Keitt drove by, slamming into Cerati, and dragging her over 100 feet along the parkway. She suffered multiple injuries, some very serious.

A precedent was set when the state Appellate Division ruled that Cerati can sue both Berrios and Keitt. Brickworkers had been repairing the side of an apartment building when the scaffold they were using suddenly had the support cables snap. Three workers from Nova Restoration, which is also located in Brooklyn, had been on the scaffold at the time of the accident. The workers had a supervisor come and inspect the scaffolds before they climbed onto it. Henry Siebor, a 42 year old Brooklyn resident, had not secured his safety harness before trying to cross from one scaffold to the adjoining scaffold. Cutrice Gravitt, a 33 year old Manhattan resident, was riding a bus heading upstate when it suddenly hit a rock. Police reports state that Gravitt was on the Angelic Tours and Shuttle Inc. bus was on Interstate 87 headed to the prisons in Malone and Ray Brook when it crashed. A mother and her child were severely injured when a out of control police car hit another car on Av. D. The car flew into the sidewalk and caused considerable damage and sent the young and her child and managed to Beth Israel Medical Center in Manhattan. There were no life threatening injury.

Beth Israel Medical Center also treated a construction worker and a street vendor who were both hit and injured at the scene. They suffered broken bones to the cheek and the thighs. Two cops were also treated, although neither one was seriously hurt.

Four South Huntington, Long Island teenagers were involved in a late night car crash on Melville Road in South Huntington. Suffolk County Police arrived on the scene at approximately 9pm to find the Toyota Camry an unidentified teen had crashed into a tree. The four all were hurt, one of the victim’s injury required being airlifted to Stony Brook Medical Center, in Stony Brook NY. The others were taken to Huntington Hospital, which is also on Long Island. It is unclear whether the driver of the car was influenced by drugs or alcohol as Suffolk County Police have not yet made the police report public. They have disclosed that one of the passengers involved in the car crash had to be extricated from the vehicle. Ronal Dorsa, a 27 year old Suffolk County resident, was crossing the Long Island Expressway on foot when he was hit by another automobile. Dorsa was carrying his 2 year old son when he was hit. A Manhattan man and his fiancé were involved in a horrific car accident on the LIE in Sunnyside, Queens, NY. Veteran transit worker, George Nunez was awarded $13 million after falling 30 feet from an elevated Brooklyn subway track and spending two months in a coma.

The 51-year-old, father of three was replacing the old wooden slats, back in 2006, on the J train in Bushwick when the plank broke below his feet. While working on the track, he was unaware that the metal bolts that secured the track were cut. A judge is dismissing the NYC transit lawyer claims, blaming Nunez for not being hooked up to his safety harness. Supervisors on the scene said that Nunez was never told he needed to be attached, because they were unaware that the bolts had been cut.

A shooting of an unarmed man occurred on January fourteenth, 2009. The incident took place in Freeport, New York.

Frantz Byer, 22, of Freeport, was attending a barbeque on Leonard Avenue when police approached. The police had been called from an unknown pedestrian reporting a man with a gun on the street. When Byer was approached, police officers say that he allegedly pointed a revolver at them. The officers then shot him, Byer was only holding a bottle of Jack Daniels whiskey and a friend of his, Michael Wright, 23, of Freeport, says that he was intoxicated at the time from drinking at the barbeque. Another acquaintance of Byer, Tyrik Reese, also from Freeport, says that Byer was holding a whiskey bottle when police confronted him and that he heard the bottle smash.

After being shot, Byer suffered from several gunshot injuries. He lost a kidney and now limps while walking.

When Byer’s case was brought to trial that same day at Nassau County Court, defense attorney Fred Brewington represented him. In court, Brewington began calling witnesses to the stand. Byer was charged with weapon possession and threatening police. But, Brewington requested to Judge John Kase that he is released of weapon possession charge. The judge has not yet decided a decision. Brewington also showed that the smashed gun pieces did not belong to Byer and that it did not work.

A multi-car accident happened in Commack, New York on March eighteenth, 2009.

At almost nine thirty a.m., Anthony CiFuentes, 20, was driving along Commack Road going south. While a garbage truck was haulted at a red light in the opposite lane at New Highway, CiFuentes car veered into it. After hitting the garbage truck, CiFuentes hit two other vehicles. He was driving a 1998 Nissan Altima.

The area of the accident was tapped off with yellow tape after the incident. One of the cars was completely damaged from the crash as the front of the car was smashed and the glass was shattered.

Immediately after the accident, CiFuentes was was transported by airlift to Stony Brook University Medical Center. There he was pronounced as dead at about eleven a.m. Four members traveling in the garbage truck remained uninjured as well as the passengers in the two other automobiles. A car accident took place in February, 2009. The accident was located in Melville, New York.

At around four in the morning on the Saturday of the crash, Melissa Scherr, 25, of Valley Stream, was on the road returning from her boyfriend’s house. On her way home from the house in King’s Park, Scherr was driving at a steady spead, receiving directions over the phone from her boyfriend because a road closure got her driving the wrong way. After the hard crash, Scherr’s Nissan 200SX was sent flying into a utility pole. Davis then fled the scene.

After fleeing, Davis was found in Greenlawn. He appears to be working as a vice president of Davis Aircraft Products, which had sales of sixteen million dollars in the year of 2008.

As mentioned by police, Davis declined a breath test and did not pass a field sobriety test. Police received a warrant to acquire blood from Davis and are still awaiting the results of the test. A car accident happened in January 2009. The accident was located in Nassau County, New York.

At around ten p.m. on the night of the car accident, New York Police Sergeant Greg Piquette, assigned to the one-hundredth precinct on Far Rockaway, Queens, was driving his vehicle on the Southern State Parkway.
