Young Man Falsely Identified in Fatal Crash

by

For ninety minutes, a family was sure their young son had died in a tragic accident, says a New York Injury Lawyer. It was a nightmare no parents should have to endure. The parents of the young man were told their son and another passenger had been killed in a weekend collision in Pennsylvania.

The 26-year-old man was very much alive, however. He was asleep on the couch of the apartment he rents with his brother, an NYPD cop, sources told a New York Injury Lawyer. The man in the accident was one of the 26-year-old’s former frat brothers from Stony Brook University, who had his friend’s license on him for an as yet unknown reason.

“Ninety minutes of my life I’ll never get back,” the young man’s mother said to a New York Injury Lawyer. “My husband, who is a very strong man, was reduced to a puddle.”

Mistakes can happen. But sometimes these mistakes cause pain and suffering and someone has to pay for it. Money can lost, or time can be taken, neither of which can never be recovered. This is where the assistance of a New York Personal Injury Attorney comes in.
