An MTA Bus causing an accident and leaving many with injury – a New York Injury Lawyer could be helpful

by

An MTA bus recently lost control while driving near Troy Avenue and Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn, NY. The bus was coming into the crowded intersection in Bed-Stuy when it crashed into other cars waiting for the light. The bus crashed through nearly half a dozen cars then continued onto the sidewalk. It finally stopped when it struck a LIRR generator. Some of the cars that were involved in the crash caught fire, and 20 people suffered injury. More than twelve of those injured went to the hospital to have their injury evaluated. Kings County Police do not reveal what type of injury those involved in the accident sustained, but do indicate that none of them were serious. The driver who caused the crash is being investigated. So far there is no evidence to support adrug possession charge.
