Bronx church Fair Leaves 11 kids with injury; It seems like the families will need a skilled New York Injury Lawyer

The annual summer carnival at St. Theresa’s Church in Pelham Bay, Bronx NY turned into panic when a ride tipped over while children were in it. The ride, called “Dragon Wagon”, is a children’s roller coaster. It was supposed to make a loop at the end of the ride but instead tipped over. Eleven children riding the roller coaster suffered injury and were taken to Jacobi Medical Center; 1400 Pelham Parkway South Bronx, New York 10461; for treatment and evaluation. Luckily, all of the children suffered only minor injury. Bronx County Police are investigating why the ride would flip over. The carnival is owned by and operated by Tri-Star Amusements, Inc. Reports show that the company had a permit to operate the carnival.
