Freeport home fire causes 11 to lose their home says a Queens Injury Lawyer

by

A multifamily home near Archer Street in Freeport burned down. It seems that an electrical fire started in the attic. It appears that no injuries were sustained but 11 residents were out of their home. The Red Cross provided motel rooms for 5 of the 11 residents. Four other residents were able to get lodging through their insurance and two others are staying with family. According to a New York Injury Lawyer, there seemed to be a good chance that negligence was a factor in the fire. Someone should have repaired the electrical problem which was the cause for this costly fire.
