The DVD, which runs about ninety minutes, is called the “The Carter”. It featured three songs that were allegedly stolen, according to a copyright suit filed against QD3 Entertainment and Virgil Films and Entertainment, which seeks damages from two songwriters involved in the incident, according to a New York Injury Lawyer. QD3 is the production company of Quincy Jones III, who was not available for comment at the time of this writing.
