Piquette fractured both hips, his right leg and left ankle in the accident. Toledo-Avarado suffered from a collapsed lung and a complex fracture to the bottom of his lower right leg. He will be arraigned at the Medical Center. Toledo-Avarado was charged with driving while intoxicated as well vehicle attack and reckless endangerment.
